NEO 10Y BIOGRAPHY

NEO 10Y is a recording artist, media personality, and spiritual revolutionary from London. His purpose is to help manifest a protopian dimension of peace on planet Earth, through the expansion of love energy.

He makes consciousness-expanding alternative pop, designed to amplify our collective connection with oneness, tapping into Vedic philosophies of peace with his Indian ancestry.

NEO 10Y’s sound is a cohesive blend of cinematic-grunge and industrial-R&B, with lyrics written through the lens of self-realization, and philosophies of love and curiosity. NEO 10Y is an independent artist with AWAL, and directs and produces their own hyper reality music videos; the more contentious of which have gone viral.

His work has been featured by Billboard, Paper, COLORS, Dazed, BBC, The Evening Standard, Rolling Stone, them, CLASH, Earmilk, Notion, Noctis, L’Officiel, GQ, Gal Dem, Interview Magazine, plus major Spotify, Apple and TiDAL playlists including Glitch, Cosmic Playlists, misfits 2.0, TRANSCEND, Discover Weekly, Your Daily Mix and more.

NEO 10Y live shows are 360º immersive experiences which have taken place at concert venues, art galleries and festivals in London, Europe, and the USA, from raves to the Roundhouse. He recently played the main stage at UK Black Pride, for Billboard magazine in New York City, and at the prestigious Secret Garden Party, as well as headlining London’s official Royal Diwali.

In the consciousness space, NEO 10Y is also mentor and futurist. He guest lectures at universities and schools in London including LCF, CSM, UAL, as well as other leading insitutions. As an abolitionist vegan, a reiki master and yogi, and has been an active community voice online and through his work in the arts and intersectional LGBTQ+ community. He has been part of campaigns and projects with PETA, The Vegan Society, Greenpeace, National Geographic and more. NEO 10Y made history in the Channel 4 documentary "Higher Ground", as the first person to take psychedelics on national television in the UK. Additional broadcast media work includes Sky News, BBC London, BBC World Service, BBC3, MTV and more.

NEO 10Y was the face of two Jean Paul Gaultier campaigns, and multiple projects with other major fashion houses including LVMH and won the Gen Art Prize for design at NYFW for his work at Ada + Nik. He was also voted one of OUT magazine's most eligible “bachelors” multiple years in a row. Nik also has a history in multidisciplinary art across video, painting and design with features in GQ, Forbes, The Guardian, Style.com, Vogue, The Telegraph, and Sunday Times Style.
